Art Gallery is one of the most important galleries in Lublin involved in the sale of works of art. The founder and curator of this institution is Piotr Zielinski. A close and I decided to go see an exhibition of Krzysztof Raczynski Krzyra. Trained as a historian at the University of Warsaw, with an unusual hobby painter who delighted in a special way close to us, Kazimierz.

In a small exhibit hall brings together more than a dozen paintings of mainly landscapes, and all works very well described. Raczynski paints a very suggestive. There is no movement in his hasty brush. This feature painting humility that emanates from the works. The author creates a very distinctive texture, requires a very thick layer of paint on canvas. These images are added by different thicknesses of the word. Meant that they perceive depth. Color is a warm color palette. From red to blue. This procedure, introduced deliberately or not, that makes these images form a common history, which can be read only in the case of watching them together. I find it difficult to characterize the technique developed by the artist. On the one hand makes it seem as if images were not completed. On the other you can see in them the beginning and end. You can not pass by this painting. It suggests that the viewer something more. In these landscapes are affecting our emotions. Watching the houses scattered over the large valleys, one feels calm.

Raczynski Painting is the art of conscious. I have the impression that the artist knows what he wants to paint. I wonder one thing. Every artist will create more? Will be limited to the landscape? Will it be only one color palette? I missed another topic at the show - even inanimate nature, which was only a few performances. Grand negligence on the part of the gallery was the lack of order in space, in which the work was issued Raczynski. In a small room, but the artist's works, were the work of other painters. Packaged in a protective paper supported the walls, strongly hindering the reception of works Krzyra. Glad, however, that A close has competent staff who oprowadzają after an exhibition of all visitors. Coming back to the same work, they still lacked one thing - life. None of the landscapes I saw no people. Maybe Raczynski should add to their landscapes man, breathe life into his paintings? I wish the next exhibition Krzyra surprised me as unusual.
