Dry Flaky Forehead Waxing

soulless - Gail Carriger

About the author This book reads a short message on the back cover: "writes Gail Carriger, to relieve the sad childhood. Broke away from the province and went on a trip to Europe, passing on the way to attending a few schools. Currently resides in the Colonies with a harem of Armenian pokaźnym lovers and London's supply of tea. "
After these words the eyebrows go up, and there is a smile face. What can a person write about such a temperament as Carriger? Something to temper that comes in huge quantities.

nineteenth century. England. Werewolves, vampires and humans have almost the same rights. Nothing supernatural in it is not surprising. We all live in the same society, meet at the balls, gossip, admire each other sometimes. Vampires sleep all day and no one disturbs the peace, werewolves close to allow for full time. All have their own protocols, one does not attack anybody without notice. Of course, purely theoretically, in practice, because if none of these rules do not naginał, there would be this book.
werewolves and vampires Besides we still have someone who is not quite a man, namely the human being devoid of soul. Alexii no soul does not interfere in the conduct of a crazy life. Ma twenty-six years, is officially a spinster, she loves to read books, he knows almost everything ... and loves to pack themselves into trouble. Oh yes, the trouble is a specialty of Miss Alexii, especially when her side turns the head werewolf, Count Maccon.
wonderful duo, formed by Alexia (half Italian, widely regarded by public opinion to be ugly, with an extremely fiery temper) and Maccon (rozchełstany forever, widely regarded by public opinion for a very handsome, almost always angry and grubowaty) kidnapped from their first dialogue. The said two can not stand up each other and a chump to himself pure and undisguised hostility, of course. Because what else?

Gail Carriger
book reads quickly, with enthusiasm and an irrepressible smile on his face, and with frequent outbursts of hysterical laughter. The style in which it was written "soulless" is wonderfully tart and ironic, that you can catch each other on the desire that in this way it was written all over the world.
great arrangement has been converted worlds of werewolves and vampires, the contrast in England and America, and clearly and vividly illustrated the nineteenth century social life, with particular emphasis on the dress of English society at the time.
"soulless" definitely recommend to ladies, gentlemen with less, but I'm curious faces of these men, who read some passages of this book.
Yes, out-wilkołaczej wampirzo literature is a whole bunch, but I assure you that Mrs. Gail presents a completely different look at these mythical characters. Here vampires ask before you bite, because "at any rate, in the nineteenth century is not fitting for someone to throw up without warning and encouragement! " And werewolves drudgery of paperwork and look at the extremely frivolous.
In short, it is funny, ingenious and downright wild. And sometimes you need to stop reading, to wipe the tears of amusement and explain to anyone, what is the reason for our loud laughter.

Publishing Prószyński i S-ka thank you for the opportunity to write reviews:)
